We’re looking for bilingual **Customer Service Agents** to join our healthcare team!
You’ll assist patients with billing and insurance questions, process payments and claims, and ensure accurate medical information in our system.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to billing inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and payments.
- Review and correct medical codes.
- Collaborate with billing teams (AR, Coding, IVS).
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
- Typing speed: 35 wpm.
- Experience in healthcare or billing
