SEWS—Canada Customer Service Center (Bolton, ON)BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Relations – Act as primary SEWS contact for assigned customer purchasing departments; Honda, TS Tech, Subaru, Tier I suppliers and other customer suppliersOrder Management – Manage all customer orders to ensure accurate order receipt and entry, on time delivery of daily shipments, timely execution for delivery of expedited shipping requests and supplemental ordersInventory Control – Monitor SEWS inventory levels to ensure availability to meet customer demand; communicate with customers, SEWS plants, corporate staff and other suppliers to ensure timely arrival of finished goods; request expedited shipments of finished goods as needed Product Delivery – Monitors shipping schedules to ensure complete and timely delivery of customer orders, coordinate special deliveries, communicate order status to customers; coordinate / co...
