Talascend is currently seeking a Customer Plant Lead for a contract opportunity located in Dundee, MI.


Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Plant Lead (CPL) to serve as the Voice of the Customer by analyzing warranty data, returned parts, and service information to uncover actionable issues. The CPL will collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Plants Process Engineering Team and Control Tower Pre-Analysts to identify emerging issues and deliver clear, well-structured problem statements to reduce resolution time for customer concerns. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Short Loop market meetings (morning and evening) with updated claims data

Investigate warranty issues and assign responsibility through GIMs (Global Issue Management)

Collaborate with manufacturing plants to evaluate process-related warranty issues
