PROFILE- 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES SUPPORT OR ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE, PREFERABLY WITHIN A SERVICE INDUSTRY.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ORGANIZATION, STRONG COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.
- TIME MANAGEMENT- PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE AND CRM SOFTWARE.
- KNOWLEDGE OF SALES PROCESSES AND THE SALES FUNNEL, INCLUDING LEAD GENERATION, QUALIFICATION AND CONVERSION.RESPONSIBILITIES CREATE ACCURATE AND DETAILED SERVICE ORDERS BASED PRIOR WORK COMPLETED FOR CLIENTS.
- LIAISE WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS SUCH AS SALES AND OPERATIONS TO GATHER NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR ORDER CREATION.
- IMPLEMENT BEST PRACTICES AND STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES TO ENHANCE EFFICIENCY AND ACCURACY.
