Be responsible for all activities from inquiry to remittance for orders as the primary contact for the Customers on Valve orders.
As a Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating customer transactions, order management, and overall customer service.
- Owning quoting, order entry, order fulfillment, post-shipment, and overall customer issues resolutions throughout all phases of the business cycle for parts
- Reviewing and providing recommendation on customer requirements to assure compliance and/or noted exceptions on quotations/purchase orders
- Managing and oversee imported goods into a country, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to international business
