Role Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Manager you will drive the onboarding process, accelerate Time to Value, and ensure customer retention by helping clients fully integrate and realize the value of Insider’s platform.
Role Expectations
• Technical background (API documentation, HTML/CSS/XML, data structures)
• Experience managing short‑to‑medium projects with strong project‑management skills.
