As part of one of the largest commercial vehicle dealership groups, your role involves working closely with customers to deliver accurate estimates and manage service schedules. Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage service appointments for customers
• Provide detailed written estimates accurately and promptly
• Document symptoms and necessary repairs clearly
• Communicate updates regarding repair progress to customers
• Review and finalize charges with customers post-service
