This part-time, temporary role will run from May 1 to October 31, 2026, requiring 25-30 hours each week, including evenings and weekends. You will provide exceptional assistance throughout the return process and handle customer inquiries with professionalism. Your attention to detail in vehicle inspections and organizational skills will ensure a smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the rental return process for customers
• Handle and resolve customer service issues
• Inspect vehicles and document mileage and fuel levels
• Explain rental charges, providing accurate receipts
• Keep the rental lot organized for safe access
Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current Class 5 driver's license without major violations
