In this front-line customer service role, you will ensure timely processing of customer orders and quotes received via phone, email, or sales representatives. Your strong communication skills and product knowledge will support effective order management. With the requirement of being on-site for six months, you’ll collaborate seamlessly with both customers and internal logistics teams to deliver exceptional service.
