The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day customer requests by managing support cases, priorities, and communication between clients, internal teams, and field service staff. This role plays a critical operational function by ensuring services are executed accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and customers consistently receive a high‑touch, white‑glove experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment.
