Customer Engineering Account Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer aircraft configurations (design features).
- Preparation and delivery of presentation documentation technical and optional features.
- Preparation and interface for customer requested optional features (Work Statements).
- Technical support to Sales, Marketing and Aircraft Programs, and Contracts during all stages of customer negotiations.
- Support Price and Offerability Activities for both In-Production and In-Service aircraft.
- Support to Aircraft reconfiguration and refurbishment studies
- In-depth interfacing with all disciplines of Engineering.
- Updating and maintenance of Customer Engineering databases.
- Engineering Delivery Focal for your assigned Customers Aircraft.
- Actively participate and contribute to the Customer Engineering department’s Quality and Productivity improvement initiatives.
