Key Responsibilities: • Greet and engage customers in a friendly manner • Assist with locating merchandise and making decisions • Resolve customer issues or refer to management • Maintain dynamic merchandise displays and pricing • Handle merchandise claims and ensure safety protocols
Requirements: • Must be at least 16 years old • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a busy retail atmosphere • Experience in customer service or retail preferred • Knowledge of product handling and inventory procedures
