Job Description

Excel in customer service as a Customer Communication Specialist with Spinelli. Engage potential buyers via email and chat, tracking inquiries and managing customer interactions.
In this full-time position, you will play a key role within the CDAI team, responding to requests from the Spinelli websites. You’ll need to stay updated on promotions and vehicle features to communicate effectively with customers online. Your ability to document interactions will support sales teams and improve service initiatives.
