About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Intake and Customer Care Specialist to manage our client experience from the very first interaction. This role combines client intake, sales support, and customer service, ensuring prospective and current clients receive excellent care while our attorneys focus on delivering exceptional legal work.
Your responsibilities will focus on reception and scheduling, intake and sales, pipeline management, and supporting internal marketing and growth initiatives. You will also assist clients with billing-related questions and support smooth internal operations.
This is a remote, nearshore position, limited to candidates located in Latin America, with a strong preference for Central America.
