Job Duties
- Travel Agency Support: Assisting travel agencies with reservation and ticketing support
- Eticket Database Maintenance: Daily maintenance of our eticket database, processing open coupons, processing exception etickets
- Daily processing of the eticket ETL error queue
- GDS reject Queue Maintenance: Daily on‑time processing of the GDS reject queue
