Job Description
We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on professional to lead Culture and Internal Communications function in Brazil. This person will be responsible for building bridges across teams, strengthening Keeta's culture, and developing initiatives that elevate employee engagement and experience from onboarding to recognition.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and continuously evolve the internal communications strategy, aligned with Keeta's cultural pillars and People team objectives;
- Develop campaigns, content, and internal channels that foster engagement, active listening, and transparency at all organizational levels;
- Promote meaningful connections between leadership, field teams, and global employees;
