Take charge as the Culinary Manager & Executive Chef, overseeing nutritional services and operational needs. Ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery in a healthcare environment.
As the Manager and Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards and administering nutritional services. Your role includes conducting sanitation audits, promoting patient satisfaction, and managing compliance with food safety regulations. Effective communication with staff and customers will be fundamental to success in this position.
