Job Description
Job Duties:- Answer incoming customer inquiries- Record customer information within our customer service database- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Qualifications:- Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written.
- Two or more years of BPO experience in a voice role- Customer support experience preferred but not required- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively**Requirements**:1.
Complete office setup with a quiet workspace.Owns a laptop, or PC with sufficient specs.
(Windows only, Intel i5, 8th gen and up)MAC devices are not supported.2.
Available to work during US business hours, mix of Weekdays and Weekends.2 days off...
