This position is the front desk representative onboard, ensuring a **high-standard, personalized guest service** throughout the voyage.
**Responsibilities**:- Provide a positive first impression for every guest and address them by name when possible.
- Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures: check-in, documentation, boarding cards.
- Support Customs and Immigration clearances and manage ship documentation.
- Process guest accounts, billing, and cash transactions (currency exchange, gratuity adjustments, settlements).
- Balance cash funds daily and ensure accurate records.
