Supervise crop operations on the farm, ensuring effective work scheduling and safety procedures. This role combines leadership in agricultural tasks with hands-on work and safety measures.
As the Crop Operations Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of managing farm workers and overseeing all agricultural processes. You'll train laborers in seed cutting and ensuring that all safety protocols and bio-security measures are followed rigorously. Additionally, you will maintain records of production and operation logs to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
