Join Future Buildings as a CRM & VoIP Integration Developer in Markham, Ontario. This role focuses on integrating RingCentral with our internal CRM for seamless communication.
Future Buildings is seeking a skilled Integration Developer to enhance our in-house Marketing and Development team. You will integrate our telecommunications platform, RingCentral, with a newly developed CRM system, driving workflow automation and real-time data synchronization. Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP platforms, along with API and workflow automation expertise, is essential for success in this full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build integrations between RingCentral and our CRM
• Develop webhooks for real-time data flows
• Collaborate with the CRM development team
• Optimize workflow automations using Zapier
• Maintain and document integration performance
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience with RingCentral APIs
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
