Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the CRM System Manager will play a critical role in the implementation and maintenance of CRM solution (Salesforce) for Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
The CRM System Manager will be responsible for the administration, configuration, data management and integration of this CRM solution with other key business systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as primary administrator and support for CRM solution.
- Partner closely with Sales team and other users to drive adoption and effective usage/understanding of the platform.
