CRM QA Specialist

Remote position, we are only hiring people from Latam.

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM QA Specialist to support the quality assurance and testing of CRM and marketing campaigns throughout the World Cup campaign cycle. This role is focused exclusively on QA and validation — not campaign builds or development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily testing and validation of campaigns, customer journeys, and CRM flows across multiple devices and platforms to ensure flawless execution and user experience. This is a highly operational, hands‑on role requiring consistency, organization, and exceptional attention to detail.
