Responsibilities

• Run workshops across business requirements gathering, process mapping, and use cases for Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Service implementations in a client‑facing role.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and deadlines, ensuring the project stays on track and escalating as required.
• Introduce formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation.
• Work directly with client teams, solution architects, and developers to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Manage and upskill junior Microsoft Dynamics internal resources.
• Engage and impress at client Director and Exec level stakeholders both on the business side and technical side.
