Responsibilities
- Run workshops across business requirements gathering, process mapping, and use cases for Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Service implementations in a client‑facing role.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and deadlines, ensuring the project stays on track and escalating as required.
- Introduce formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation.
- Work directly with client teams, solution architects, and developers to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Manage and upskill junior Microsoft Dynamics internal resources.
- Engage and impress at client Director and Exec level stakeholders both on the business side and technical side.
Functional Requirements
- Experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
