Job Description
Join CMHA-S/M as a Crisis Intervention Case Manager, supporting individuals in mental health crises in Sudbury. This role integrates police collaboration to enhance community resources and crisis response.
The Justice Case Manager will work full-time with the Enhanced Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team to assess and manage mental health and substance use crises. You’ll be assisting individuals through evaluations, safety planning, and connecting them to community resources. Your flexible schedule will cover various shifts, adapting to client needs and crisis situations.
Key Responsibilities:
