The Kamloops Aboriginal Friendship Society is seeking a skilled CRCL Coordinator for its innovative Mobile Crisis Response Program. In this role, you'll oversee operational coordination, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality responses to mental health challenges. Your efforts will focus on fostering wellness and cultural safety for marginalized individuals in crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily shift coordination and enhance team communication
• Mentor Responders in best practices for client-centered service
