Lead the crew training operations as the Inflight Training Controller in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid role ensures crew compliance and optimized training schedules.
In this key position reporting to the Crew Planning Manager, you will manage the execution and oversight of all inflight training activities. Your role is essential in ensuring operational readiness and compliance with Transport Canada regulations while liaising with various operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and adjust training programs for flight attendants
• Monitor and track training compliance and validity
• Liaison with training and crew scheduling teams
• Maintain detailed training records within management systems
• Provide insights to improve planning and decision-making
