Position Dates & Location: This position works daily on the festival site near Salmo, BC from Jul. 15-Jul. 29, 2026.
As part of the Crew Care Team, the Crew Counsellor & Festival Auditor will play a significant role in supporting crew through wellness-focused check-ins, assisting with problem-solving and providing resources to crew, as well as providing counselling and mediation services as required. Simultaneously, this role will also conduct quality-control audits across festival operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine check-ins with all SMF departments to monitor crew wellness and operational flow.
- Identify emerging concerns related to crew morale, supplies, schedules, communication, or environmental stressors.
