Position Summary

Within the limits of authority and responsibility established by credit management, this role is responsible for serving both the Business and customers relative to their credit needs. Involves contacting customers by phone, letter, fax, e‑mail or personal visit if required, building positive working relationships with customers, and settling account balances within departmental guidelines and policies.
