Account Maintenance

• Maintain accurate customer master data and documentation in the ERP.
• Manage incoming correspondences from business partners, updating accounts for email address, billing/shipping address, salesperson, territory, G/L group, and business name changes.
• Validate administrative requests and ensure accompanying documentation adheres to audit compliance.
• Respond to routine internal and external queries regarding account status, documentation requests, and transaction confirmations within agreed timelines.
• Monitor workflow queues within Hyland for new account processing, address errors, and ensure timely completion.
