 One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a 
 Credit Official in Dublin 

Your new role 
 This is a telephony-based role, where the successful candidate will assist our SME customers who are in financial difficulty. The SME arrears team proactively contact customers in relation to account arrears and find the most appropriate solutions for our customers. We will provide extensive training to equip you with the right tools to successfully complete the role. 
You 'll get accounts to work, to review some accounts to see if we should issue pre demands agreements that were made to clear arrears, if they've so you're kind of looking into, we call them our queues.
