Credit Officer

A leading organisation in Burwood are seeking a Credit/Collections Officer who thrives on collections, enjoys building rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and wants genuine variety in their day.

This role sits within an established, supportive team and reports to the Credit Manager. While collections is the core focus, you’ll be cross‑trained across all areas of credit, giving you exposure to banking, allocations, new accounts, credit reviews, and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Collections activity — outbound/inbound calls and email follow‑up across your ledger

Banking and allocations — ensuring accurate daily processing

Account reconciliations — maintaining accuracy across customer accounts

New account setup — processing credit applications and conducting limit reviews

Query resolution — partnering with customers and internal teams
