Job Description
Credit Contract Appointment, Language Development and Literacy Contract instructor position for the course EDUC 2371 Language Development and Literacy at Mount Royal University, commencing September 1 2026 and concluding December 22 2026.
Responsibilities The instructor will teach the following sessions:
EDUC — Thursdays 8:30 – 11:20 a.m.
EDUC — Fridays 8:30 – 11:20 a.m.
Qualifications Master’s degree in Education or equivalent (Ph.D. preferred). Recent teaching experience in the K–12 system, with K‑6 and English Language Arts preferred. Relevant undergraduate teaching or professional experience.
Candidate must provide academic transcripts. Employment contracts will be rescinded if these requirements are not met.
Closing Date Open until a suitable candidate is found; resumes will be reviewed beginning at the end of May.
