Your tasks
Implementation of customer-oriented support and services for the sales units incl. internal and external communication (e.g. data capturing of rent rolls and insurance contracts as well as other administrative services).Adhering to defined standards for data quality in the core banking and processing systems in a uniform approach and compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.In-depth financial analysis of different counterparties of the bank such as borrower companies (SPVs, corporate investors and developers), sponsors, guarantors and tenants.Project work in an international environment for alignment of processes and work simplifications to further improve workflow efficiency (e.g. usage of AI).How to convince us
Completed degree in economics or law or comparable training acquired in practice (e.g. banking apprenticeship, banking specialist).
