Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for processing new dealer application packages, preparing and securing associated legal documentation and maintaining customer account information in various systems/databases. Frequent interaction with all NP employees, in particular, sales, underwriting and operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following.
- Organize new application packages submitted by sales and prepare for submission to underwriting. (credit bureaus, financial statement organization)
- Prepare approved dealer legal documentation, manage PPSA/Hypotheque, CSC filings, search and notification process. Track and monitor to ensure all conditions of approval (pre and post funding) are satisfied.
