We’re a fast‑growing consumer brand group selling across e‑commerce, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. We prioritize direct‑response strategy, product quality, and measurable efficacy. The team moves fast and operates with a high bar.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist with heavy direct response experience.

You’ll own both strategy and ops: building and briefing angles, scripting iterations, managing sprints, reviewing edits, and ensuring we ship 100–200 ads per week.

You must have lived and breathed direct response advertising and VSL‑style creative—knowing the beats, pacing, proof, and psychology that drive conversions. This is a hands‑on IC role with pod‑level ownership (no formal people management).
