Website redesigns are BX’s flagship engagement. They’re the projects that define our reputation, anchor our most valuable client relationships, and determine whether a prospect becomes a long-term retained partner. The creative quality of these builds is one of the biggest levers we have on the agency’s growth.
The Creative Director, Brand & UI Design owns that lever. You’re the senior creative leader on every redesign engagement — setting the visual and brand direction, leading the designers and UX strategists who execute it, and standing in front of clients to make the case for the work.
