Summary of Position
:
This person is responsible for providing “COWS World Class Service” to our customers. This person is also accountable for the day to day operations of the counter, and for being a team player.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Performing World Class ServiceGreeting and serving ice cream customersPreparation of all menu itemsPreparation of cone batter, waffle cones and dishesReplenishing paper supplies and syrup toppingsHandling cash – making changeMaintaining the fresh dairy clean atmosphere of the COWS storeMaintaining a clean fresh personal appearance at all timesOther duties as assigned by a Supervisor / Manage Qualifications:
