Country Human Resources Manager

Holden Richardson is partnering with a global process manufacturer with revenues in the billions on a Country Human Resources Manager for Mexico. Our client is a global leader in their respective industry with excellent brand recognition, diverse product offerings, and strong presence in every global market.

The HR position is part of the Country Leadership Team. This role has end-to-end responsibility for HR across all sites and employees and will be an effective change agent, creating and driving improvements to workforce planning, talent management, talent acquisition and support. The focus is on building a modern HR function that can support growth across plants, remote In-Plant teams, and office-based staff. The Human Resources Manager leads a newly rebuilt HR team, implements core HR policies and ways of working, and designs multi-site HR operating routines.
