Job Description
About the Role As a Counsellor at FIREFLY, you will play a vital role supporting the mental health and well‑being of children, youth, and families across Northwestern Ontario. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will provide individual, family, and group counselling services using evidence‑informed, culturally safe, and client‑centered approaches.
Complete clinical assessments, develop intervention plans, and implement therapeutic strategies tailored to client and family needs
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, community partners, and service providers to support integrated care
Deliver services in a variety of settings including in‑office, schools, community locations, and virtually
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and ministry standards
