KOSMOS specialises in cost, risk & carbon management in the construction industry, providing cost management advice from Copenhagen, Ireland, and London. Combining local and international experience, we deliver projects on budget and are looking for new colleagues to help us grow. ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Quantity Surveyor or Construction Professional with +7 years of experience.
- Client‑facing consultancy experience.
- Experience in pre‑contract cost management.
- Familiar with the design stage of projects.
- Self‑motivated, willing to take responsibility.
- Ability to lead a team and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience on projects of value greater than €50m.
- Interest in digitisation & BIM.
