We are looking for a Cost Manager to oversee hospitality projects across the Riviera Maya, from Cancún to Tulum. This role will be responsible for managing costs, budgets, and financial planning to ensure project efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
- Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including ownership of and presentation of the final cost plan.
- Manage the procurement process, implementing procurement and contracting strategies, and participate in negotiations; ensuring pre‑qualification, enquiry, analysis, bid evaluations, cost negotiations, selection and contract preparation, RFP revisions and evaluation are performed effectively.
