Cost & Budgeting Chief

Job PurposeThis position is responsible for preparing and executing the costing, budgeting, accounting and review process of the production process, as well as inventory control to determine the monthly production cost, preparing financial statements by segment, and providing financial analytical information for decision making.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow company policies: safety, environment, quality and financial management.Ensuring the month-end closing process for Tray Plant, Sales and Service.Ensure that the financial information by segment is correct, analysis and preparation of reports with the main variations.Ensure that the plant results and statistics are correct.Analysis and control of costs by explaining the variances of actual costs against the standard.Ensure that the financial information sent to corporate and management is correctly prepared.Coordination, administration and execution in inventory taking.Ensure that the annual and monthly budget was pr...
