Job Description

Join our team as a Cost Accounting Coordinator to support a steel fabrication client. This role requires expertise in Sage 300 for effective bookkeeping and financial reporting.
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Cost Accounting Coordinator with at least 10 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience. You will manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders, and oversee payroll processing for up to 50 employees. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bookkeeping functions using Sage 300
• Prepare financial reports, job costing, and reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Process payroll and calculate tax withholdings
