Become a key player at West Edmonton Mall as a Corporate Commercial Paralegal. This full-time role is designed for professionals adept at managing corporate and commercial legal tasks.
In this permanent position, you will support the internal Leasing Counsel and senior management, handling everything from drafting agreements to conducting due diligence. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to navigate multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and revising corporate contracts
• Maintain electronic filing systems and closing books
• Coordinate post-closing legal documentation
• Conduct minute book audits and registry searches
• Provide integral administrative support for governance
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of paralegal experience in corporate law
• Post-secondary education in Paralegal Studies preferred
• CORES Level II certification is mandatory
