Job Description
Enhance corporate governance with the Town of Oakville as a Corporate Strategy Advisor. This hybrid role focuses on strategic program development, policy analysis, and driving corporate initiatives.
As a temporary full-time Corporate Strategy Advisor, you will report to the Manager, Corporate Strategy. Your role involves providing expert guidance on corporate strategies, policies, and initiatives, with a special focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will conduct research and analysis, develop strategic plans, and manage cross-departmental projects to strengthen municipal governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage corporate policies and procedures
• Support Corporate Strategic Plan development
• Lead major strategic projects and initiatives
• Establish corporate performance metrics and KPIs
• Conduct analysis of emerging corporate issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a senior advisory role
• Experience in public sector policy management
