We are seeking an experienced corporate paralegal to support a busy solicitor’s practice within a collaborative and professional team environment.
About the Role
North Shore Law LLP is currently seeking a corporate paralegal with 5–8 years of experience . The successful candidate will work closely with a partner, associate, senior paralegal, and legal administrative assistant on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in M&A transactions and managing electronic minute books independently .
