- We are looking for a brilliant legal mind to join our growing global legal team. As a key member of our team, you will support legal matters for our Copperleaf business, reporting into its Head of Legal who is based in the United Kingdom.
- Your primary responsibility is to support our global go to market teams including sales and consulting, and additionally, partner and supplier matters.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic, fast-growing, AI-first, enterprise SaaS company, working alongside market leaders and sales teams as well as supporting other countries and regions.
Responsibilities:
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and close SaaS, software, support and cloud contracts with customers, while collaborating cross functionally with Finance, Infosec and Customer Experience.
