Job Summary: The Administrative and Human Resources Assistant at Quetzal will have a pivotal role in supporting various functions within the administrative and human resources departments. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with Quetzal's policies, procedures, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, professional, and adaptable, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working in a small office of professionals. In this role, you will collaborate with team members in the Americas on different processes.
Responsibilities
Employee Relations and Health & Safety:- Onboard new staff and offboard retiring staff.
- Draft and ensure the signing of employment contracts for new hires on their first day.
- Serve as a contact for employee inquiries and resolve conflicts.
