Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements
• Assist with corporate transactions and reorganizations
• Prepare corporate resolutions and filings
• Provide legal support for wills and estate planning
• Conduct legal research and communicate with clients
Requirements:
• License with the Law Society of Ontario
• 1–2 years in corporate/commercial law
